US Corporations
We understand that multinational corporations have unique needs when managing their international employee populations. Not only do you need a worldwide benefits solution, but also the flexibility to provide benefits that are similar to what you offer your U.S.-based employees.
In order to meet those needs, we design programs for a variety of globally-mobile employees, including expatriates (both American expatriates living abroad and foreign nationals living in the United States), third-country nationals, and international business travelers. These programs can help keep your employees and their families healthy and informed so they can complete successful assignments.
International Nonprofits
Nonprofits have enough concerns without having to deal with navigating unfamiliar health systems and keeping employees healthy while on assignment. We design plans that offer the flexibility of choosing benefits so your employees have access to health care wherever they are in the world.
We also offer specialized benefit programs for missionary organizations that include continuing coverage while on furlough. Plus, if missionaries return to the United States for pledging, preaching, and/or training requirements, they can remain in the global program for up to 12 months before returning to their international assignment. While in the United States, their benefits would provide access to an extensive nationwide network of doctors, specialists, and hospitals, which means access to greater discounts to help manage the cost of health care.
