Justin E. Roberts
Justin’s business philosophy centers on “enterprise-level thinking with personalized client attention.” This drives both his love for tackling challenges and his adherence to the promise of accessibility and responsiveness.
Notably, Justin had been successful in uncovering and solving a nationwide claims issue in which a major insurance carrier had erroneously denied the reimbursement of thousands of claims nationwide. Adhering to his strong belief in personalized service and attention, Justin spoke with every one of his clients’ employees who had been affected, and personally followed up to ensure accurate payment. This case, among others, clearly illustrates that he is not only committed to the companies he supports, but to their employees as well.
Justin’s experience includes working in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO)/Employee Leasing industry, as well as international HR policy formulation, professional & facility claims analysis, payroll systems integration, and benefit administration.
Justin graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.S. in Organizational Communication and a minor in Human Resources Management. Justin currently sits on the Board of Directors for BayKids, a non-profit that helps ill children express their creativity through the art of filmmaking.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, horseback riding, attending sporting events with friends, and, most importantly, spending time on his farm in Southern Minnesota.
